About Us

Saga Entertainment LLC, doing business as SAGA Dancers Studio, is a dance school located at 60 River Road, East Hanover, NJ 07936. We offer group classes, private lessons, and special event choreography in Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and related dance styles.

Eligibility

Our classes and services are open to individuals aged 18 years and older. Minors (under 18) may participate only with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to these Terms and Conditions on the minor's behalf and accept full responsibility for the minor's participation.

Purchases & Payment

All class purchases, passes, and private lesson bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

Class Redemption & Expiration

All class purchases — including group class passes, single-class passes, and private lesson packages — must be redeemed within 90 days (three months) of the date of purchase. Any unused classes or sessions that have not been redeemed within this period will expire and will not be refunded, credited, or extended under any circumstances.

It is your responsibility to schedule and attend your classes within the redemption window.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. SAGA Dancers Studio does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This applies to:

• Group class passes and single-class purchases
• Private lesson packages
• Special event and wedding choreography bookings
• Any other product or service purchased through our website or in person

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or private lesson, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible, but we cannot guarantee availability and no refund will be issued regardless of the circumstances.

Class Cancellations & Schedule Changes

SAGA Dancers Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any class or event at any time due to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a studio-initiated cancellation, affected students will be notified and offered a makeup class or credit toward a future class. No cash refunds will be issued.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By purchasing any class or service and/or participating in any class, event, or activity offered by SAGA Dancers Studio, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Dance and physical activity involve an inherent risk of personal injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, falls, and other bodily harm.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in dance classes and activities at SAGA Dancers Studio, whether on-site or online.
• You represent that you are in adequate physical health to participate in dance activities and that you are not aware of any medical condition that would prevent your safe participation. You agree to consult a physician before participating if you have any doubts about your physical condition.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Saga Entertainment LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or liability arising out of or related to your participation in any class or activity, including claims arising from the negligence of the studio or its staff.
• You agree to indemnify and defend Saga Entertainment LLC against any claims brought by third parties arising from your conduct during any class or event.

If you do not agree to assume these risks, you should not participate in our classes or activities.

Photo & Video Release

Classes and events at SAGA Dancers Studio may be photographed or recorded for educational, promotional, or social media purposes. By participating, you grant Saga Entertainment LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before your class.

Code of Conduct

All students and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, fellow students, and studio staff. SAGA Dancers Studio reserves the right to remove any individual from a class or event — without refund — for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our classes — including choreography, instructional materials, videos, and branding — is the property of Saga Entertainment LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Morris County, New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
